The main days to process orders and coordinate deliveries will be Tuesdays and Sundays. K&B Distributions CSA hubs are coordinated ONLY by volunteers who kindly support us. We appreciate your patience.
- Any modification to your order, such as rescheduling, must be done before Sunday noon. On Sundays at noon the volunteers in the city coordinate with the farmers, so they have time to harvest, pack and send the products that will be sent to the city on Tuesdays.
- If the farmers send their CSA box, as agreed, and for some reason you forget to pick it up, the box will be deducted from your account and will be donated.
- Generally, the volunteers in the hubs of the city deliver the boxes between 11 AM and 6 PM (unless they inform something different beforehand) if you cannot pick up your CSA box before 6 PM, you should inform the CSA hub coordinators, they will do the necessary arrangements when possible, in case of not being able, the box will be donated and subtracted from your account.
- There will be no refunds of money for cancellation of subscriptions.
- We can offer to deliver your box weekly or biweekly
